Yes. We create unique pieces, designed from scratch or based on your own idea. A designer will personally guide you throughout the entire process.

What materials do they use?
We work exclusively with 14k and 18k gold (yellow, white, and rose) and .925 sterling silver. We use select gemstones and GIA-certified diamonds.
How long does a custom piece take?
The estimated time is 4 to 12 weeks*, depending on the complexity of the design. You'll receive a quote and approximate delivery date at the beginning of the process.
Do you ship to all of Mexico and the United States?
Yes. We ship safely and insured throughout Mexico and the United States, taking care of every detail from packaging to delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards and bank transfers. For custom jewelry, a 50% deposit is required.
Does the jewelry have a guarantee?
Yes. All of our parts are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Custom parts are also covered, as long as they haven't been modified by a third party.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals, and salt water. If you'd like a complete care guide, please share your name and WhatsApp number with us, and we'll be happy to send it to you.

Can I modify a design after the proposal has been approved?
Once the proposal has been approved and the advance payment has been made, any modifications may entail additional costs or restart the process. However, we will do our best to accommodate if the design still allows.

Each piece of jewelry is delivered in an elegant box, carefully designed to protect and highlight the piece. Gift wrapping and a personalized card can also be included upon request.
Do they have a lifetime warranty?
We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. Although it's not lifetime, we do provide maintenance and adjustments to keep your piece looking new over time.
What happens if I lose a stone from my jewelry?
Contact us immediately. We'll assess the damage and, if possible, replace the original stone or an equivalent, always with a focus on preserving the piece's aesthetics.
