"At ALAMONT, each piece is handcrafted and custom-made, using natural or laboratory-grown gemstones, depending on the client's choice. Images are for illustrative purposes only , and the final result may vary in color, shape, weight, size, or finish.

Manufacturing begins with a 50% deposit of the piece's value. The estimated production time is 7 to 30 business days , depending on the complexity of the design and the workload. This period may be extended without prior notice and is in addition to the shipping time. By completing your purchase, the customer accepts these terms, understanding that each piece of jewelry is unique and unrepeatable .

Payment Methods Notice

At ALAMONT we accept payments with credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) , as well as through Apple Pay, Shop Pay, BBVA Bancomer, Mercado Pago, PayPal, Kueski Pay, bank transfers and deposits .

Manufacturing of each piece begins with a 50% deposit , and the balance must be paid in full before shipping.

With some payment methods we have interest-free months (IFM) and with others, purchases are made with interest , which may vary depending on the amount of the item and the payment provider .

All bank accounts and cash deposits are in the name of Carlos Adolfo Montejano Alatriste .

Shipping Notice

Shipping to Mexico and the U.S. within 3 to 10 business days after completion and payment of the item. In case of delay, the customer must contact the shipping company with their tracking number . Warranty Notice
